Summer Camp 2011 Registration

Registration for Mulberry camps is done in-person on the following days:

  • 9am February 28, 2011 Current Mulberry families and past summer camp families.
  • 10am March 7, 2011 Open registration for new families.

Please download and complete the Registration packet. Bring the completed Enrollment Form (one per family), Emergency Information Form (one per camper), and payment in full to registration day.

 

PDFExtended Care Contract

If you plan to use our Extended Care program, bring the completed Extended Care Contract as well.

 

If you cannot be there in person, completed registration packets and payment can be mailed or dropped off at Mulberry School, 220 Belgatos Road, Los Gatos, CA 95032, at any time, and will be processed on the appropriate date, as indicated above. All packets that arrive prior to the registration date will be processed in the order they are received, and after we complete registrations for families who enroll in person on the appropriate date. Incomplete packets will be returned unprocessed.

Alternatively, a friend can bring your packet in person, on registration day. Each packet must be complete and include full payment in order to be processed. Incomplete packets will not be processed.
